Return Process

  • In order to maintain efficiency & the integrity of our shop we ask that all returns to be made within 7 business days of receipt. This is the policy and we do stand by this timeline.
  • Please email misty@mistmornings.shop to alert us of the reason of the return, order # and exchange size or item.
  • Email must be sent within 48 hour of receipt and must include the order number. 
  • We will reply within 48 hours with a response, please check spam!
  • In order to prevent any funny business, you may only ask for one store credit once a month. 
  • Note that if discounts were applied at the time of purchase, those will be factored into the returned store credit. 
  • We are doing our best to include as much sizing information as possible to ensure a proper fit, likewise, please make sure you are in love with the items you are choosing at the time of purchase.  

Please FIRST email misty@mistymornings.shop to initiate returns, we will NOT accept returns sent back to us without an email. These will be sent back “return to sender”.

FINAL SALE: Any item that is on sale is a final sale item. Leggings are also final sale for hygiene reasons.

DEFECTS/DAMAGES: If there are any manufacturer damages that we may have missed upon packaging your items, you have 7 days from the time of purchase to contact us via email: misty@mistymornings.shop Please make sure you try on your items right as you receive them.

USD is the currency used and accepted in this boutique.
